「セットアップ」とはModやサーバープラグインのことでしょうか？
日本製のModやサーバープラグインは基本的に無料で提供されています。
サーバープラグインを探しているならサーバープラグイン公開/紹介へどうぞ。
Modを探しているならMod公開/紹介へどうぞ。

By "setup" do you mean server plug-ins?

構築済みのサーバー…設定調整済みプラグインと配布ワールドのセットみたいな感じで、買ったらすぐに遊べるようなものでしょうか？
日本ではサーバー構築は自分でやるべき、MOD等で収益を上げてはならないという風潮があるためか、そういうのは見当たりませんね…
プラグインも配布ワールドも一緒に配布されてるのはほとんどないです。お力になれず申し訳ないです…
